Very arrogent behaviour, took more than 1 month to raise a complaint and TV repair, The staff never answer's the call. The technician skips the call everytime. Never recommended to buy LG. Worst product ever

Third class service, Third Class Technicians (Azim Sheikh) , worst experience with this Service centre, lack of knowledge, takes huge amount of time to install the product, Very rude to talk, they don't know the exact address/area , need to call hundreds of time to get in touch with them, LG should look into this.

Not recommended. Shady business among staff. Service engineer wanted me to give him a part of my appliance without any receipt or registration of complaint in the company as the service would be done privately. Upon denying service, the response from the engineer was passive agressive.
