Service by dealer is very bad. Not followed any single word as per his own commitment, made by him before purchase product. Rugged, Poor and harsh approach with customer, after product sold.

Very bad experience. Please do not buy any product. Faced an issue in New Refrigerator. No service despite of so many phone calls, reminders.

I bought a Godrej bed from this store three weeks back. They delivered the boxes in damaged condition. I had to call them literally 10 times to get it installed. They just forwarded the installer contact and I had to call the person more than 5 times. The installation was wrong and the bed is misaligned and goes down if you sit on the middle section. They won’t answer your calls once you pay full amount. Stay away from this store. Better to order Godrej products directly from the website.

Very very unprofessional service. Very disappointed. Very disappointed with the treatment from owner and staff too. It was a wrong decision to buy stuff from here. This was surely a last purchase from them. In future will not buy and will not at all recommend the same to anybody. Please there are many good options available in Nasik but not usha trading one.hope the people from usha trading will read this and learn something how to be professional.
