Worst service. Customer service lady is too arrogant and sounds as if she is giving things for free and an owner of the world.Arrogance was there even before I purchase the cooler. Not even one star. Took one personal cooler from them yesterday and next day I called for problem in the cooler very early morning. They said they will send the person ASAP. After my many calls at 5 pm the lady gave me the engineer's number. After calling the engineer I came to know no one called him from the store for service. He said he would have come in the morning only but he didn't received any call. Top of it the lady there tells me Croma people just gives you toll free number and I have atleast raised a complaint. The sound was too arrogant and not at all suitable for the in service jobs. Not even 24 hrs are passed and they are raising their hands. Worst service, worst sales lady and never never recommended shop. Better purchase from Croma... At least they won't raise their voice and don't talk arrogantly.
