Appallingly Incompetent and Rude Staff! Visiting this store today was nothing short of an infuriating ordeal. I went to inquire about a refrigerator, and the staff member behaved as if my mere presence in the store was some undeserved privilege. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was staggering. For a potential exchange, the so-called "expert" at the desk lazily quoted a meager ₹1000 discount without even bothering to ask about essential details like the year of purchase or the condition of the existing product. This blatant display of ignorance and inexperience would be laughable if it weren’t so frustrating. To make matters worse, the staff member had the audacity to throw insulting comments like, "Do you want to buy or just see the product?" How on earth is anyone expected to make a purchasing decision without first inspecting the product? This is the bare minimum of customer service, which this store fails to understand entirely. The condescending attitude, combined with a complete lack of product knowledge, makes it clear that the staff here are in desperate need of training—or better yet, replacement. Avoid this store at all costs unless you enjoy being insulted while trying to spend your hard-earned money.
