First i showed my fridge to a different mechanic as freezer sheet was damaged due to defrooze issue and the guy who came previously first he was shocked to see the condition was trying to show that its a big problem and opened everything and was not able to tell the problem. Than i contacted magic cool owner and he sent his technician, they checked everything calmly and understood, the problem was with pcb and sensor so next day they came with sensor and pcb installed it and all my problem was solved. Must recommend u if u want peacefull solution. Very decent ppl.
