even though the washing machine was brand new, the service man wanted to proved that Saraswathi puram water is so hard that it got clogges and he had to use 3 quantities of softner powder to declog. This isbest money scam. IFB pls look into such unethical practices of your service centre

Don't buy any products from them because they are fake products, they come saying free service and then they'll check the washing machine and say some parts are not proper and they'll install their fake products/parts and charge huge money so don't fall for the trap.
