WHIRLPOOL SERVICE CENTRE

This experience has been nothing short of mental harassment. Repeated false commitments, rude behavior, and complete lack of responsibility have caused immense inconvenience. Promises were made multiple times and never honored, calls were ignored, and no resolution was provided even after constant follow-ups. Such unprofessional conduct and harassment of customers is unacceptable. This service center shows zero accountability and respect for customers. We already paid ₹5,000+ for service earlier, but within 2 months the refrigerator failed again. When we contacted the service center, we were asked to pay another ₹6,000 instead of providing a proper solution. When we requested replacement due to repeated failure, we faced continuous delays, false promises, and rude behavior from the service staff. Very disappointing experience and poor customer handling.

I bought refrigerator 2 months ago, its not working now, I got to know from local technician that the thermostat is not working and to be replaced, so I logged the service request with the whirlpool team, it has been 3 days since the request was registered, no call from anyone yet. What should we do now, its taken for a restaurant and now we are unable to use, we badly need it running immediately but no response. What kind of service these people have, why people should buy this product and why do they come to market if they cannot take care of their customers and in fact its not a small amount to throw it to the trash and buy another one. Its very frustrating, they should understand the customer situation if this doesn't work and address the issues immediately.

The technician from the whirlpool authorized service center said that the winding inside the compressor was spoilt and it would cost 8500 for it's replacement. We called another service guy (unauthorized) and they fixed the problem for 800 rupees. I sensed that they were trying to cheat and it turned out to be real. Stay away from the authorized service centers. They are surely scamming people. I have attached the photos of the two small parts that were replaced, which looked like fuses. The guy from Shikara (authorized) even went to the extent of saying that he replaced the fuse but it still didn't work, thus referring to the compressor issue which did not really exist. So it's not just cheating, but a pre-planned scam.

Suresh was the person who visited. What a phenomenal job he did. 2 issues resolved in 1 visit. Washing machine is working better than before. He had a lot of patience and sound knowledge.

Recently I have took refrigerator from it Only 2.5 month it work nicely Now it is not working, even though warranty is their service person asking for service charges. Worst experience with this service.
