LORVEN SERVICES (Panasonic Service Centre)

Pathetic service. Even if you call 10 times no call back. It’s your responsibility to call 11th time. Multiple follow up needed for even small information.

The service here is not even worth providing one star rating. Very unprofessional, no time sense, no proper customer interaction. I registered an official service request on the Havells Lloyd customer care. This service for my area was assigned to Lorven services. They’ve been saying to attend my complaint about my Havells Lloyd Window AC from past 12 days and yet, it’s not fixed. I have been calling them everyday for past 2 weeks. Hopeless management by the supervisor, and the technicians have no time sense. They stop picking calls from the number the complaint has been given after a certain point and avoid the customers. Very disturbed from their behavior and lack of professionalism.

Less then a star for the service. It's been nearly 10 days, the request is raised. The technician has taken the part of washing machine for repair and said will be replaced in a day. But he has not returned. Escalated to service centre, but no hope of getting it repaired. Should not buy any Panasonic items.

Horrible service. Have been waiting for microwave replacement for three months. Have been calling them every day and they have been promising that it will be delivered in 2 days. They assume clients are stupid and that they will believe their lies. Panasonic hasnt done anything about it either after complaints to them. Seems like this centre diverts machines of customers to others and then lie to them about not receiving them!

I bought 3 A/Cs Panasonic from Mahaveer Distributors bill44361 on 19th Feb 23 and for three days now I have no clue who is going to install. I think Panasonic is not well serviced in Mysuru.
