Very good service , and quality work

The company provides very good service on time. Whatever the complaint is, the person goes immediately and solves the problem.

Always remember to call up official service vendor or service centre who will charge more but can provide company guarantee. I was lured by reviews of being professional staff and service on google. Worst service experience I called them up for Gas Refill & leakage also water leakage. Their staff came after inspecting 1 ton AC they said it's 1.5 ton & said it will cost extra for 1.5 ton AC (even though it's written 1 ton AC on label as well) after checking for Gas and water leakage they patched the AC up refilled the Gas and cleaned the AC it started working fine after 2-4 days noticed the AC was not cooling properly so lodged complaint they attended the complaint checked throughout the unit and said we have to change the capacitor after changing capacitor said it will work fine I've also asked them to check water leakage that they had patched up their employee examined AC thoroughly and said he can't find the problem of leakage will have to take to company for checking he shared 2 videos of patching the AC but in evening their staff came with AC said the AC will no Longer work the coil is Damaged, either you will have to buy new one or we can provide 2nd hand replacement for indoor unit only. So from our perspective the amount we had paid was already wasted. Bad experience from our Side. Now our AC is completely damaged also for giving in Flipkart or Amazon exchange we are getting lower amount now as it's not working.
