Dated 120825 After my earlier negative experience with Ustad Company regarding my AC installation, I’m glad to share that they have now resolved the issue. A technician visited promptly, fixed the incorrect installation, and the AC is now working perfectly without any water leakage. I appreciate their effort in addressing my concern and ensuring the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you for taking the necessary steps to provide a better service experience this time. Dated 100825 After my previous complaint, Ustad Company contacted me and assured me they will send a technician within two days to fix the AC installation issue. I appreciate them reaching out and committing to resolve the problem. I will update again after the repair is completed to share my final experience. Worst service experience with Ustad Company. Despite calling multiple times, no one bothered to fix the issue. They installed my AC incorrectly, and ever since, it has been continuously leaking water. Extremely unprofessional and careless attitude. Would not recommend their service to anyone.

I would like to share my experience with ustad services, i called them for my ac repairing and believe me you cannot find a better ac service provider in the city, they reached at the location in just 10 mins and i was so satisfied with the service of the staff and you will be amazed to know that they charge a very reasonable rate that you do not need to bargain with them, i would love to recommend ustad service to all of my friends and relatives.. Extremely good service by Ustad Team. Highly professional guys and very well mannered. I spoke with Owner, very responsive and well educated person. Staff came on time and completed the activity professionally. They also provided a copy of bill which means they assured by the services they have done. Full marks to Ustad team. Cheers!!!!!!

I've used Ustad's services for over a year now. This year our AC was leaking gas so I called them to fix it and they fixed a leak point and filled the gas, but it reduced cooking again soon so I called them and they fixed another point and filled the gas again FOR FREE. the gas pressure was down to 50psi (r22 gas split) they filled it back to 70psi. So personally really happy with their service and charges.
