It was defective its been a week now no resolution. If you want a good customer service dont buy anything from them no matter what. you will repent your choice for choosing. Don't buy!! I bought an AC from Bhasin Brothers in 2024, and the shop owner clearly promised free installation. But when the AC was delivered, the installation guy charged me ₹1500. I contacted the store right away, expecting some support, but they didn’t even care to understand the issue and bluntly told me to pay if I wanted installation. So much for customer service. Still, I gave them another chance and bought another AC on April 19, 2025. This time, I made it a point to confirm that there would be no hidden charges. The shop owner assured me again that installation was included and even gave me a ₹1000 discount, asking me to just pay that to the installation guy. Guess what? The installer came and demanded ₹1900 instead. I personally went back to the store to raise my concern again, and they had no proper answer. They simply told me to pay whatever the installation guy was asking. This is not just poor after-sales support – it’s deceptive and unprofessional. If you’re looking for a smooth, transparent buying and installation experience, **avoid Bhasin Brothers.** They promise one thing and deliver another. Hidden charges, no accountability, and zero respect for customer concerns

Please don't buy from this shop as there is no customer service at all. Most of the people buy from this shop due to less price but sooner they realize it's not about price it's all about customer experience. You will chase them like hell for product delivery and installation and they won't even receive any of your call once billing is done. Only consider to buy non heavy bulky item from this shop for which you can manage transportation yourself like oven etc. else do not buy any other item from this shop.

Extremely Unprofessional and Deceptive Service from Bhasin Brothers My recent experience with Bhasin Brothers has been absolutely appalling. To begin with, they arbitrarily increased the price when I opted to pay via card—a clear example of unethical and deceitful behavior. If that wasn’t bad enough, after waiting for the AC delivery, I discovered that the wires were missing from the box. When I brought this issue to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they had the audacity to speak rudely and blame me for their incompetence. Such behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and respect for customers. I strongly advise others to steer clear of their services unless you’re prepared to deal with unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and outright arrogance. They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers and need a serious overhaul in both their ethics and customer service practices.
