We have observed that the behavior of some employees has been unsatisfactory. Additionally, there is no designated staff available to assist with air filling for vehicles. Customers are left to fill the air in their vehicles on their own, which affects the overall service experience. We request that appropriate measures be taken to improve employee conduct and ensure that air‑filling support is provided as part of the service.

My recent visit to the JioBP petrol pump was nothing short of appalling. The employees' behavior was beyond unprofessional—it was outright disrespectful and abusive. When I pointed out the blatant mismanagement of vehicles queuing up, instead of addressing the issue, the staff responded with hostility. Not only did the employee refuse to listen, but they also resorted to abusive language, which is entirely unacceptable for any service establishment. To make matters worse, the security guard at the pump joined in, attempting to intimidate me rather than ensuring order. The guard shockingly claimed that whatever the employee does is "always right," completely dismissing my concerns and enabling their unprofessional behavior. This kind of toxic environment is unacceptable for customers who expect basic decency and professionalism. JioBP needs to take immediate action to train their staff on customer service and enforce strict consequences for such unacceptable behavior. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this petrol pump until they resolve these serious issues. Their attitude is a disgrace to the Jio brand.

Experience here was just ok ! As I asked for Bill slip which he denied due to faulty machine and machine stopped for two three times for no reason inspite of feeding amount !! When I enquired about suspected reason , upon that person handling it was clueless.. I and most of us prefer Reliance for its quality , rest all stations are same in doing scam whenever they could.. 🙄
