vivo & iQOO Authorised Service Center

I ordered a power button for my phone, which the Vivo service center delivered in 3 days. They even called me to inform me that the part was in transit. I went there, and they repaired my phone in just two hours. It was a very good experience, and the behavior of all the staff was excellent. Thank you to all the staff and Vivo Mobile.

The worst service center is IQ customer. No one respects me. My IQOO Neo 9 pro phone got blasted even under warranty. They took repairing coust for Rs 40000.

They don't have parts available on time and 6 days they were in training I asked them regarding the battery but they said we have the part and now they are saying the part is for some one else don't buy Vivo mobile from meerut better you can buy from South side if they don't have they will arrange for the coustomer with in 5 hours don't ever trust Meerut service centre.

I bought new phone Vivo V40 it was only 5 months ago and the quality of this phone is very poor it has battery backup problem and it gets overheated so I went to Vivo service center in Baghpat adda the staff there was very bad he did not listen to me at all he was continuously called personally so your service your phone quality is very poor I am very dissatisfied.
