Mr Kamath is a very polite and honest man. Our 1-year-old refrigerator freezer stopped working. The Whirlpool service quoted Rs 8900/- to repair (The fridge cost us 11000). Mr Kamath not only fixed it for a reasonable price of Rs 2500, he also patiently explained to us how a refrigerator works and what repairs he had made.
