Reliance resQ Service Center - Aithal Solutions

Worst experience don’t buy anything from Reliance as the service is horrible. I raised service request for my samsung washing machine on 11/1/2026 but even after 72 hours there is no service engineer assigned and visited my place. Every time when I call customer care they say it’s in progress and nothing literally will happen. My service id 4466367 is pending more than 3 days and no response. The resQ app is horrible as it just says in progress and status never changes beyond that. Looks like resQ app is a school project. I have now decided to buy a new washing machine instead of waiting for reliance resQ service. So don’t get fooled and stop buying from Reliance as service is worst.

Hi The worst experience in reliance Mangalore one can find in the entire India . I have purchased a 1.5 ton AC Hitachi .the installation took more than a week approximately 11 days after purchase . Then the remote was not working again after ten days of complaint it was replaced . Now cooling not working .after complaint they took four days to attend . Yesterday they visited .Now they say gas leakage. No stock of gas in their service center. Such a big company like Reliance don't have AC gas stock in their service center . Shame on you Worst experience I will never recommend reliance by mistake I purchased from you now I have to buy two more ac I will only prefer Croma .. Excellent price and service .

Very very bad service.. service center person not responding consumers calls too much poor service.. don't buy any extra warranty or additional warranty from reliance company.. they are fooling consumers.. i gave 2.1 speakers to repair its under additional warranty.. but they are not responding consumers calls and my 2.1 speakers repair service. Better to complaint consumer court.. court will give solutions to consumers and court should give punishment or penalties to these irresponsible service centers.

Really pathetic service from resq Mangalore team. We had our AC to be maintained, but even after 2 weeks of follow up there is no response. During sales process we were informed taking 5 year extended care service is beneficial but that is so far from reality. The resq APP is a scam, their call center is a scam, a customer has to follow up multiple times still yet people don't respond. I had to put some input on stars hence adding one star, but really one star is also too much for the level of service resq offers. Do not buy any extended warranties with Reliance digital team. You will end up running in circles. It will be better to have problem shown to a local dealer.

Requested service for a date, which they canclled and moved to another date. Did not show up on the day after repeated follow ups. They just want to sit and eat without doing their job.
