Very bad experience. We went to buy a refrigerator and were comparing Bosch and Samsung models when a customer service representative pressured us to buy a Godrej refrigerator. We finally purchased the Godrej refrigerator through Kotak Mahindra financing. On delivery, we discovered the refrigerator could not fit through the main entrance because its width is 3 ft 1 in. Neither we nor the customer service representative checked or mentioned the door measurements before the purchase. We asked the PAI store manager to collect the refrigerator due to its size, but he said that because Kotak Mahindra financing was involved, they could not collect it. When I emailed Kotak Mahindra, they agreed to cancel the loan if the store manager sent them an email request. The PAI store manager refused to send that email and instead offered to replace the refrigerator. I contacted the PAI helpline; initially they agreed to issue a coupon for the price difference, but the next day they retracted that offer and said they could not provide the coupon. The store manager later said a coupon would be given only if we repurchased with cash, not if the purchase was financed — a policy that is unclear and unacceptable. My advice to other customers: compare products carefully and choose the one you want — don’t rely solely on what staff promote.

We purchased samsung 9kg front load washing machine till now unrap (demo) not yet all done customer care also no use hope they get good samsung technician don't buy until they won't provide service properly I recommend purchase Haier product they provide best service and also service agent was rash

Bad experience here. After enquiring here we searched for TV in other places. They called us back promising us a good deal and once we came to the shop they told us that no stock. Very bad customer service and just bad experience! Not visiting this place again! Not recommended! Do not buy anything here.

Very bad customer service..i purchased sony 32" tv on Friday after they agreed for my condition that they will delivery next day and do installation .tv was delivered next day but installation is not done.. service person calling and asking my location but after that no response from him.,i called him so many times he not receiving my call. We left our work and waited for them, after purchasing the TV, pai international had to take a response from the installation,they not done it..very bad 😔
