Worst experience i bought a Panasonic oven and its not working i have raised a complaint to customer support 5 months back still not resolved no proper action and the raised complaint is been closed by themselves without asking with customer very bad service from Panasonic worst i wish no one should buy the product from Panasonic if the service is worst then product also no value of buying . Its been 5 months i kept my oven simply and not working . I request you to do a proper needful for customer we are not buying for free and the product is under warranty.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the installation service provided for the Panasonic air conditioner I recently purchased. The unit was installed by the outlet's assigned crew, but unfortunately, the quality of the installation was far below expectations. Shortly after the installation, a gas leak was detected. I raised a complaint immediately, and while I was assured that the issue would be addressed the following day, the lack of urgency and professionalism in handling such a serious fault is unacceptable — especially from a brand like Panasonic. I chose Panasonic for its reputed product quality and service standards, and this experience has been both frustrating and concerning. A gas leak not only indicates poor workmanship but also poses a safety risk. I request that this matter be treated with the urgency it deserves. I expect a thorough inspection and a proper resolution by a qualified technician, not just a temporary fix. I hope to see a prompt and professional response to restore my confidence in your brand.
