o general exclusive showroom (ARS Refrigeration)

As i dont have any other option than giving one star i have given it or else i will give zero rating for this showroom worst service ever. Delayed in delivering AC more than 4days. Delayed in installation more than 2 day. The installation person don't know how to connect to plug point. No response very disappointed. If you want to buy OG ac you can go to other showroom like Meenakshi fan house Vansanth and co likewise

Worst Ac ever they are having double standard for india very substandard material being used the quality of the copper pipes are paper thin leaks very easily only buy if you want to waste your money , poor feedback Ban them in India o general very very bad 😞,🤬🤬👎👎

I billed 2T 5star ogeneral invertor A/C on 3rdMay2025 at ARS refrigeration bypass road Madurai.owner and staff arranged for quick and proper installation of A/C in my place which is 60 kilometres away from madurai. Thank you.

I bought O General 1.5 1 inverter 5star split AC yesterday 3.4.2024 at ARS refrigeration shop,by pass road,s.b.o.colony,Sathya moorthi nagar, madurai.owener Syed respond well to customer.staff explained well.Installation done same day with "0" cost.promised 2 free service. One year common warranty,5year pcb warranty,10 year compressor warranty.promised After maintenance service will be done quickly.

Until they sale product they will talk nicely. They say they will solely take of service of the product even if it is out of madurai. But After sales services is worst. When you call for service they say will see to availability and talk. They will never return your call or send service person. Worst response. Every time they will just say will ask sir and let you know. Has that person in this universe or not? Why do you sell products and give words if you can act accordingly.
