Yes the technician came and solved it,And to all the people out there avoid PANASONIC AC, quality is poor ( PREVIOUS REVIEW -before issueJust bought a Panasonic AC. The technician twisted the copper tube and said it's normal for this company. Very disappointed with the quality. Its a 1.5 ton 37k)
