Don't get fooled by all these positive reviews. While buying new bluestar AC we will be happy that we got a very good price. But after that we will pay for that by their pathetic service. They will not attend complaints and we have to wait for months. Worst place to buy an AC

Bought bluestar a/c 5 star inverter model. The price was Rs. 44990. Comparatively less than showroom prices in Madurai. Installation charge was Rs.1500 and delivery charges Rs.1000. Got a discount for exchange of old a/c for Rs.1500. The work was neatly done by the installers. Fully satisfied with the quality of the product and its price. Perfect place to buy a/c at wholesale price. Very good customer service.

Really good service for me. I purchased 5 ACs for my company on 2014. Still they are following up and send technician for service, whenever I asked for service. They are having hand ful of experienced reliable technicians. Keep it up, Ajanta Cooll. Thanks for your service, Thangaraj Sir.

My AC was automatically switching on and off. For this complaint i call Ajantha Cooll service people. They checked indoor, didnt spent much on outdoor unit. They said they have to take complete unit (circuit board, motor etc) and have to do detail test at their office. I called different AC mechanic for 2nd opinion. They cleaned the outdoor unit and then the auto switch on and off issue is completely gone. Thank god that i didnt let Ajantha cooll guys to take my unit with them. ----- Team has called me after seeing this google review and apologized about happenings. They said they are very keen on customer satisfaction and will address the issue even after the service has been done. So they have returned the service amount and ensured that they will do the service at door step with high quality. So i change my star from 1 to 3 for these action taken by the team. All the best...

Was worried about my AC when it started making noise and finally it stopped working searched on Google and found ajantha cooll just called them and believe me they reached same day within 90 mins and the whole problem was solved in hour that to in minimal charges which I felt was quite genuine and affordable costing thanks to ajantha cooll
