Authorised Samsung Service Center - Imperial Refrigeration

Froud scam Here they cheated me. They put old parts in my new phone, claiming they were new And when I said that this is an old part, he started behaving like a hooligan.

Bad experiences ,the service they provide is extremely worst from picking calls to set up new appliances to your home they always have pretence of bad weather, I dont know what kind of unprofessional they hire who don't have common sense I mean i 10 km of radius they are saying its raining wait until it stops although its sharp sunny day today and some family member or ladies laughing at back . Its serious disrespect of customers at-least teach them some civic sense before interacting with customers we don't spend money for our disrespect.

Got me to visit 3 times and had excuses every time about why they can't help me at that time and pls visit again , sometimes "sir" isn't available that time. Had really really BAD experience , Avoid this service center if you value your time

Pathetinc service response, Team of technicians seems to be unprofessional and unqualified. recommend NOT TO BUY air-conditioner as product quality is not up to standards.

Pathetic service centre. No response. My fridge not working for 2 months after multiple visits and now they are saying they can’t repair. No resolution. Took 6 thousand rupees for no service. Now not picking phone
