I had an extremely disappointing experience with MS International after purchasing 11 Mitsubishi Heavy Duty AC units. Shockingly, 7 of these units were installed incorrectly by the dealer's technicians. It was evident that the technicians lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to handle AC installations. This not only caused operational issues but also raised concerns about the long-term performance and safety of the units. I expected professional service, especially when investing in such a significant purchase, but unfortunately, MS International failed to meet even the basic standards of competent installation and customer support. Gas leaks in all 7 units that were installed brand new. Recently I’m facing issues with a ductable Ac installed by them as well. They are a rubbish company that you should stay away from! The dealer will send his own installers who are unskilled and arrogant people! When I contacted the Mitsubishi Heavy Duty Service Centre about this, they were not aware of any AC installed at my premises. The dealer however claimed the technicians were sent by the authorized company. Beware and stay away from this dealer!

A big thumbs up 👍👍 to this shop!! Good dealing and soft spoken staff. I bought 8 commercial air conditioners from this shop . They offered me the best price as comparative to other ac dealers. They also had done installation of these air conditioners and it was a very smooth experience. I highly recommend this dealer to everybody.

I must say that they are the best A.C Dealers in Punjab . Soft spoken staff and good variety of air conditioners and other electronic appliances. Worth to buy from here . A big thumbs up 👍from my side.
