Perfect engineers

No response, no service, never attended fon call, always divert to voice mail, no service engineer attend complaint within specified period of resolving complaint. To get any service engineer deploy to your complaint you will have to make calls to them numbers of times. Poorest Service Centre.

They have been assigned officially by LYYOD Havells. I dont know who gave them the service. Poor Customer Service. Gonna complaint to consumer affairs. They are totally unprofessional in their work. Staff doesn't know a bit of work.

Took money but not done work and not receiving calls also very Sad no idea what they did to my AC also and it's in this state and all wires connected is removed tried calling owner no response and the lady no idea which world she's in

pathetic service the girl who is handling is worth less , havells should look in to this and should make sure that at least the brand value is considered while recruiting the staff. when i called she replied that i will not do any thing and dropped the phone . ironically there is no other number where you can connect , land lines are not even picked .

Pathetic services!!!! ,Why Voltas has given them service center if they cant handle it..Everyone is taking money and not giving service ...Surinder/Sukhraj/Simran giving false commitment to customer...please don't take any services from perfect egineers...
