Had a really bad experience with Flash Services. First, they sent a mechanic named Gaurav to fix my washing machine. He opened up the whole machine, damaged the internal drum, took ₹1000, and promised to come back with the part. He never came back and stopped picking up calls. Later, they sent another mechanic who took ₹300 more and suddenly doubled the price for the repair. Now my machine is lying open in parts and in worse condition than before. Honestly, instead of helping, they wasted my time, took money, and made things worse. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend to anyone. 🔄 Update: Now they’ve suddenly found the time to apologize publicly, but when I was actually calling and asking for help, they completely ignored me. Flash Services acted only after getting exposed in a review — that says everything. ₹1500 gone, machine broken, and still no solution. Your scripted response won’t fix the damage you caused. If you really cared, you would've acted when it mattered — not when your public image was at stake.

my first service was free with flash service and then for all my home services I am now using flashservices app, they sent the person same day and on-time. very genuine services. I have used carpenter, plumber and electrician services from them. Highly recommended.

Actually i want to give them 0 star rating because of their misbehaviour. They charged a lot than market prices. They come once for repairing and then they dont come to recheck if ac is not working. In the end, they are unprofessional and dont know how to check or repair AC. They charged more than market prices. Their work is also not good. DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS, USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE when i call them to recheck my AC and they charge again to recheck. Their workers are very rude, unprofessional, characterless. Dont call them for any kind pf Service.
