I would have rated zero stars But that’s not an option. They Kept me waiting all day with the promise that they will send a technician But in the end, they couldn’t. Wasted my whole day. Very unprofessional. They could’ve just said no But they decided to linger on for the money. Attaching photos of the call records just so that they do not deny in the reply. This is the reason One cannot rely on these local shops and eventually go for Urban clap.

Ajay, was very efficient in the service as well as knowledgeable. He suggested a deep cleaning which he did efficiently after which he realised that something was not right in the ac which could have led to a fire or breakdown.He immediately got that fixed. I had a very pathetic experience with this AC service. The engineer had a very bad behaviour and asked me to use some extra service for AC which could make him some extra money that I refused and asked him to do only cleaning, later after service, he created a lot of mess after cleaning the AC which took almost 1 hour of mine to cleaning the house and he was not even interested to explain the process whether we should wait for an hour before using AC. I would not recommend them for service to anyone.
