My Refrigerator went inactive and didn't turn on after I came back for a month. After searching in Google maps and found his nearby and I called this service and they came and fixed it within 15 minutes. Replaced some parts and explained everything well person who came was very professional and down to earth technician and did the work at a reasonable price. Bharat Refrigeration were excellent to do business with.They serviced it properly upto my expectations. I can honestly say my experience was first class. The engineers were honest and easy to talk to; my survey was carried out quickly and the quote came in within 2 days.They arrived promptly, worked quickly, with a minimum of disruption to the rest of the house. The units themselves are wonderful, easy to use and program and in hot weather the house is a delight to be in. I always say that it is not what a company does when things go right that defines their customer service, it is when things are wrong - there were some small issues, the trunking was a little untidy and the condensation venting wasn’t going into the drain. These snags were sorted quickly. Responsive on time pleasant and professional. Highly Recommended!
