Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience at Hitachi Service Center I had one of the most frustrating and terrible experiences at the Hitachi Service Center recently, and I feel compelled to warn others about it. To begin with, the staff here is extremely unprofessional, especially a woman named Hayat. She is absolutely clueless about how to speak with customers. Her behavior was rude, arrogant, and completely uncalled for. She speaks in such a dismissive and disrespectful tone that I genuinely wonder how someone with such poor manners is allowed to deal with customers in the first place. Instead of helping or providing any useful information, Hayat was constantly interrupting, raising her voice, and acting as if the customers were doing her a favor by just being there. It was clear she had no knowledge about the products or processes every query was either ignored or answered with sarcasm. Her conduct was not only unprofessional, it was borderline insulting. On top of that, she was faking knowledge, giving wrong details, and constantly misleading customers. She couldn’t even explain the basic steps for complaint escalation or warranty procedure. It was like talking to someone who was neither trained nor interested in helping an absolutely disappointing and disgusting attitude. The whole service center is mismanaged. There’s no queue system, no accountability, and absolutely no respect for your time. Customers are left waiting for hours with no resolution. The environment is chaotic, and the staff acts like they’re doing you a favor just by being present. If Hitachi truly cares about its customers, it urgently needs to take action against this kind of staff behavior. People like Hayat damage the brand’s reputation and make customers vow to never return. She should not be in a position where she interacts with people because she clearly lacks basic human decency and professional training. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this service center at all costs. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have done that. Utterly disappointed and never expected such a terrible experience from a reputed brand like Hitachi.

Very poor service experience, My Split AC is under warranty and stopped working last month, I did a complaint and service engineer came and diagnosed that PCB is not working, since than I am struggling as they committed that it will be resolved within 3-4 days and he shared the Number of his supervisor for further coordination. I was following with him and refered me to talk service manager... I approached him and he gave the assurance of quick solution but after 2-3 times of follow up they they cancelled my request. Again i gave registered a complaint and keep on following. It's almost 1 month ang nothing has happened while it's too tough to manage in this hot weather. Most irresponsible thing happened today on my latest complaint, at midnight post 12.00 AM i received a msg that new service engineer is allocated and he will talk to take care of it and around 5 AM itself i received the msg that my complaint is closed. I will provide all documentary proof if required by any senior and responsible official from Hitachi.
