I picked this service due to high rating but later regret. It seems that the reviews are fake ( something is common in max. reviews). The agent visited my place was clueless, everytime he was guided by someone on phone to do the small things, no knowledge as in how to clean the window AC and the other person came with him was a show piece. I had to stand with them to teach how an AC can be cleaned and the best part was to help them in installing the AC after cleaning (somehow). Helping them can be ignored coz its a human tendency but teaching them their job is ridiculous. Imaging clients who has no time or may be less knowledge are paying just to spray some water in the name of AC cleaning. A good point is that the behavior of the agents were good but for no use if the service is poor.
