Washing machine opened. Took drain pipe part for 3 days stating that new one had to be put. after repeated phoning rude behavior. No positive response third day old part returned and demanded service charges which was paid Rs. 400 and the washing machine with no work done. Will be serviced by someone else now. Waste of my three days and Rs. 400 Very bad experience.
