Service not good after buy and cooler buy in two days pump motor change also one more cooler under warranty but cable not change under warranty this is not good and also charged. therefore why buy costly cooler i have suggested cooler buy under 5k to 6k not buy above 6k.

Very disappointing experience. The quality of motor is not long-lasting. This cooler is not for someone who is looking for a long term cooler purchase. After 2 years from the purchased date..the motor and the digital frame both stops working. The weird sound and vibration caused the short-circuit in cooler. The cooler costs 16000 and in 2 years, basic functionality collapsed. And on top of that the serviceman is giving no concessation on this damage.

Pathetic expirence and not worth for money. If you are someone who is looking for a durable cooler then this the worst choice. Isse accha toh humara purana cooler tha 10 saal tak hume repair tak nahi krana pda and now "Comes the rasika cooler" which repair cost us 3500 Rs after 2 years of purchase.

Bought R-300 For almost Ac's price 17k ,3years back and Just after first season ,found paint was dislocated from multiple places and below the paint Rusted sheet was hidden , and it got pierce also so tank also leaked in second year itself. Such a bad quality metal used , very disappointed with that, my last cooler of man height lasted for 11 years and this has not lasted for even half of that. Regretting my decision why I paid that much amount for such a bad quality product.

R600 cooler was installed on 22nd may this year, on 7th june fan got stuck, motor stopped working, on 9th june motor had been replaced, after 2-3 days motor made unusual sound. Today they replaced it with new motor, now more sound is coming out. I will not suggest to purchase Rasika's garbage of Rs. 23200.
