After taking the payment, he completely disappeared — he never attended my calls or bothered to follow up. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. Save yourself the trouble — do not call him at all. There are much better and more trustworthy options out there.

Absolutely terrible experience with Perfect Air Condition Repair & Services. Completely unprofessional, and have no knowledge in AC repair and Servicing, so didn’t fix the problem — in fact, AC started performing worse after the so-called “repair.” When I tried to contact him for a follow-up, he was rude and dismissive, refusing to take job responsibility. I ended up having to call another technician who told me the previous work was rubbish, and could have caused further damage. Avoid his service at all costs. Total waste of time and money.
