Well, the first thing is amazing service. Absolutely polite technicians and they beautifully handled my refrigerator. They told me the exact cost of the repair beforehand in call, and they charged me exact the same after the repair. No unnecessarily excuses, no adding extra things to make the cost higher, just perfect service and perfect manners. I would highly recommend it.

Very genuine service centre with trustworthy and knowledgeable technicians. Their service is transparent and in terms of charges they will do as much is required and will not add extra charges or suggest additional parts replacement if not required. Mr. Mondal is a very friendly and honest person. I recently serviced my 15year old window AC and he repaired the no cooling issue on the spot without suggesting any replacement of parts. He however suggested to get a new AC as the compressor is going old and may not survive much load for longer time. Very polite and genuine service.
