Cooling Solution

Bad experience. Irrational overpriced charges. Took/looted 7000 rs for 2 ac installation including charges 280 rs per feet 2 type copper and electric wire and tape. Which is available in market for 120 rs. Imagine for 10 ft mr. Asish charged 2800 rs. Means 1600 rs extra.also after coming for installation he charges 500 rs extra for setting up out door unit means setting the metal holder of outdoor unit which was always included in installation. They will fool you if you don't know about AC. Not recommended at all. Initially they won't tell about half way into installation they will let out the cat of extra charges when you would not have any choice but saying yes. Really bad people. I wish God or google would close these cheating businesses down. Also they were forcing us to give a 5 star and good review. Very greedy people. I gave 200rs extra tip but it seems it's a huge mistake I did. I did not know about AC installation and they took advantage. Feeling myself cheated badly.

Used their service today to install my AC. Right from the enquiry till the installation was completed the responsiveness of Mr. Ashish was excellent. He arranged a senior technician(Mukul) on my request who was excellent on his skills. Since it was an old AC, the guys had to spend some extra time to bring it up and running smoothly, but never complained. Recommend to all to use their service for any kind of AC related stuff.

I am not satisfied with their installation service, charged too much, equal to service centre, and leaked gas during installation, they could not fit the ac gas measuring pipe, they tried four to five time to measure pressure and they leaked gas each time and in last they asked for gas refilling. Overall not professional but charging too much for every tiny things. Overall i hope they hire professionals in future to avoid any inconvenience and reduce their charges .

From the moment I left them a chat message to request them for a service until the time we said our goodbye after they finished replacing the old machine with the newer one, they've been professional, courteous, helpful, suggestive and seem to know what they're doing. The servicing were not done right telling the wire needs to be changed then promised they will send someone on 18th march after that followed up with him so many times but not receiving my fn call. While doing servicing he took 3000 /- for filling gas and servicing.Very poor behaviour and money making attitude wont make them last long.Last year I took 3 servicing from him cause we were satisfied then.Because of not keeping up to his words giving him 1 star.
