Excellent Service. We are grateful to the technician Bijoy Das who pointed out that the whole gas pipe has leakage all over and the pipe was expired long back. Also did gas oven servicing very neatly. Keep it up. I highly recommend their service to everyone. Thank you so much.

They have the experience. That have changed the copper pipe and filled the gas. But from the next day water coming out from indoor unit. I have called them they didn't pick the call also. So unprofessional.

Worst service ever. They didn't have the office in the Google mentioned location. Unprofessional people, not having any knowledge of root cause of actual problems, rather than searching in the bush. They simply change anytime without understanding, unnecessary changed original parts. Not recommended for refrigerator servicing. If the same issue rises again, they'll stop picking your calls as well. Be aware from such unprofessional people !!

Recently I've taken their service for my ac. But after service we've seen that the ac closet was not properly getting shut, so we asked them to make that and also we were about to get our receipt, but they just keep saying we are coming but they didn't come also now they didn't answering my calls. It's being already two days...very Unprofessional behaviour ...so highly not recommended... After complained they came nd solved my problem..so I give them 3star... Need to improve their customer relation...
