Mayday - Authorised boAt Service Centre

I had a great experience at the boAt service centre. I visited with my non-working Airdopes 311 Pro, and the team not only repaired it but completed the process very promptly—within just half an hour. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive throughout, ensuring proper product checking after the repair as well. Special thanks to Saikat, the service executive, who handled everything smoothly and professionally. Really appreciate the quick and efficient service. Highly recommended!

The service itself was okay... I went in with a boat earphone that went defective in one month and it was replaced via courier in a week. Problem is, there is one particular female worker, that does not understand the difference between her employees and customers and how to behave with them. I did not know the procedure initially and went to generate the token "prematurely", the tone in which she told me "did I tell you to go there yet??" shocked me as to how dare she talk to customers like that, who are coming in the first place because we got a defective product from their company. She needs to be taught how to behave with visiting customers, or your center will get poor ratings on basis of this behavior alone, even when service is good. *Please replace her at the earliest.* Note that this applies to only the lady sitting in the center table, the other lady to the side (who examined my earphone) was perfectly polite. EDIT: I see another customer has the same complaint and even included a photo of the lady in question (tanned skin, black shirt, Desk 2). I am again uploading that photo to highlight. I don't know if her name is Sneha or not but I can identify that she is the one. Other lady staff was okay.

Visited this place last Saturday as my Boat earwear malfunctioned. Experienced very prompt service and good response time. Waiting period was much less than the other service centers. The earwear was handed over to me after repairing just after 15-20 minutes. Overall great service and 100% recommended.

Genuine Sincere Review.. ~This place is in 1st floor @Trust House, Central Avenue. Go and share the problem of your boat. They will ask you to takeout a Token coupon where u hv to enter your name mobile number. After that all the process starts. All the workers are too fine with their work. • The lady working there helped me for my boat wired 100 C headphone 🎧. I will give her 10/10⭐ for the work. She is polite, genuine, sincere, humble with all the costumers+ the solution provided by them is also too good. Hardly, I had to wait for just 10 min, after that my token number came up. • Very fast service. • appropriate sitting area with good AC & ventilation. Do visit this Service centre without any hesitation.
