Prompt response . However the two technicians who came before even checking the issue said it will be a costly procedure. Which I'm sure it would have been however the technicians displayed unfriendly body language and seemed uninterested to explain the defect or pursue the fix. Unnecessary hassle and time waste. Mr Ajit in particular. Update. I wish your SO CALLED technicians had inspected the drain in the first place. They merely saw that I was in a hurry. The senior technician didn't even get inside the washroom and quoted with his supreme experience that all the pipes need to be changed. What a mockery. Because public is just meant to suck money from. A simple plumber charged me 350 rupees because all the issue was were hair stuck in the drain. Pulled them all out. And were good to go. I offered cash to your TECHNICIAN and he didn't have any cash on him. Instead of arranging cash he just walked out with attitude. BEWARE of such companies whose owner doesn't even care about the customer and has in turn blamed me for not wanting to pay. KUDOS to you sir.

Update 3 in response to the reply from quickcare (which they’ve now deleted): My complaint regarding the technician’s uncomfortable and unprofessional conduct towards me as a woman was dismissed by Quickcare who described it as “friendly” instead of addressing in its seriousness. As of now, my ceiling fan has not been reinstalled or returned, the ₹150 advance booking amount has not been adjusted, and GST bills for the services taken have not been provided. Update 2 to my previous review: I hired an electrician through Quickcare. During the visit, the technician asked personal, unrelated questions such as whether I work and what I do for work. This was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable inside my own home. Due to this discomfort, I had to call my father to be present during the remainder of the work. Instead of investigating the complaint or assigning a replacement technician (as requested), the responses focused on disputing my concerns. Screenshots of the conversation are attached for reference. They invalidated what happened, avoided the seriousness of the complaint, and then dismissed itt! I am shocked at their attitude. They even told me to buy my own things if I require the technicians to explain the cost breakup or ask for clarification! Please check all the chat screenshots with Quickcare. As a woman, this experience made me uncomfortable, particularly because the technician asked personal, unrelated questions and my complaint was later dismissed by Quickcare. I am sharing this so that other customers, especially women, or households with women, can make an informed decision. Additional issues: • The work area was left unclean • The ceiling fan taken by the technician has not yet been reinstalled or returned • The ₹150 advance booking amount was not adjusted as promised • Clear itemised billing and GST invoices were not provided • I was earlier contacted, chased, and offered cashback in exchange for a 5-star Google review Update 1. The plumber and his assistant did a brilliant job in installing a standpipe for the new washing machine. The work done was precise, and with good quality materials. They solved my problem. And cleaned up well after wards. Will keep booking from Quickcare!
