I recently serviced my Google Pixel 5a 5G at iPromax, located inside JLN Stadium,Kaloor. My phone suddenly turned off and got stuck on the Google logo. The team quickly identified the issue as a motherboard failure and repaired it at a very reasonable cost of ₹2800, along with a 3-months warranty. I am extremely satisfied with their service. A special mention to the front desk team, i don't know their names - they were very polite,helpful and clearly explaining the issue and keeping me informed. Promax is located on 2nd floor of Kaloor stadium. Excellent service, done quickly. Had visited to replaced tempered glass protector/screen guard on phone. Staff were friendly and helpful. Screen guard was applied quickly. Prices are reasonable too.
