LG Cochin Service Center (LG Owned Center)

Won’t take calls. Won’t respond properly. I have been trying to get them for the past 2-3 days to repair my fridge. Worst service. New buyers, look for Samsung. Their service is great

Very pathetic service from Lg team. Charged high amount for Ac servicing , removal and reinstallation and also Ac servicing is not done properly. Ac servicing, removal done by one person and reinstallation is done by other . The person who came for installation itself told us that servicing is not done properly. Total amount they charged is 3270 /- . First technician told as only 885 needed for reinstallation.But they charged 1500 instead of 885 /- .We didn't expect these kind of poor service from LG

Very poor service. Freezer compartment of my fridge was not working, they were not able to repair it even after 5 visits

I went to purchase spare parts for my washing machine and everything was available and pricing was very reasonable. The staff's behaviour was very polite. I was completely satisfied with the visit. I reached nearly at closing time even though they treated me very well. Very satisfied with service and overall experience.

Very pathetic service team. I booked service on 30.07.2025. they took 5days to attend me. again same issue reported. till date no technician called or attended service. Each and every call they will say we will sort your issue in half an hour. But nothing happened till date. Very pathetic service team.
