Very good experience from them . From first phone call, I was impressed. The technicians were friendly, understanding, and efficient. The technician, arrived promptly and was incredibly professional.They took the time to explain the problem in a clear and understandable way. Technicians were thorough in their diagnosis and repair, and didn't stop until the A/C was blowing ice-cold air again. Very impressive work.

Not professional enough. My ac pipes were still leaking after service.

These guys work quality is too bad and they charged me for coming next day to fix a window they left unfixed saying they wont work after 6 pm. Better avoid these people. Other 5 star reviews might be paid, as even team leader names of ac technicians are unusual for a low profile ac service team in Ernakulam. All German and English names are giving 5 stars for these local people. Such fake people and reviews. Your people came took a whole day to install one ac, went without completing work. Went without fixing window grill properly which they have removed. How can you blame servent, as your staff were doing the work and she is not involved in it. This itself shows the quality. Further they have not fixed ac filter properly, for which I had to depend another agency. Your staff did not come next day leaving window grill in a dangerous condition. To fix that you charged 500 in a threatening tone.2m drain pipe you are charging 500 rs? First day you have taken installation charge and will you charge again for pending work done next day? Btw, I got bill from your side for labour charge of Rs 500.Further, for this review you are stalking to remove it in a threatening tone to be at home. For anybody reading this review, I wont recommend these people for peace of mind.

Very bad service .... Doesn't know proper work . after installation they said need to top up the gas for800 rs .Have done that too but there was no cooling .when I called him n complaint he said will send the person n was not bothered to turn up after 2 days I called him he was not picking my call then I tried from other number he picked n said again need to fill the gas for 1500 rs n was very rude . Due to this I called people from LG they came n checked n said there is no gas filled up. Also they checked is there any leak they couldn't find that too. The person told me if they had filled the gas n if there leak also there will b cooling atleast for one day.but even 1 hr also we didn't get the cooling .... The LG people filled the gas n it's working properly..... So please don't go for this people's service as they have all training

Very poor service. Not professional at all . irresponsible workers... Doesn't know proper work...had very bad experience listed my money after their service...my ac was not working n they were not bothered to check that .I called the company people for the proper service I losted more money . Not recommended this companies sevice ... Very bad experience
