Stay alert from their warranty fraud!! I got my two ACs repaired by them — sharing my experience with both. Both had gas leakage issues, which happen almost every year, and every two years, the coils are replaced since my house is near a canal. First, I got my window AC repaired. Around 20 days later, my split AC also had a gas leakage, so I got that repaired too, because the first service seemed good to me. Now let’s come to their frauds. The split AC started showing the same problem again within a week. I called them for a warranty claim — now here’s where the game begins. When they gave the warranty, they never explained anything clearly. On the first call, they said it would be covered, and clearly mentioned that if leakage happens again on the same side, it would be covered under warranty. Next day, their guy comes and says, “This AC can’t be repaired here, we’ll have to take it to the workshop, and you’ll have to pay the transport charge.” He also said if leakage happens on the other side, you’ll have to pay for that too. So I thought, forget it — Diwali was coming, and I decided to manage with just one AC for now, planning to replace the coil next year. But just 2–3 days later, the window AC also leaked again — which had never happened before. Both ACs leaking twice in the same year was new, and that too right after their service. Then I called them again for the window AC. After repeatedly calling for 4–5 days, their guy finally came, and that’s when I discovered their next scam: They said the warranty is valid only for that specific point where the leakage was repaired — not for the whole side! So here’s the summary: Worst service quality — both ACs leaked again, one (window AC) within 40 days, and the other (split AC) within a week, which had never happened before when I got them repaired by the company. Fraudulent warranty claims — first they talk about “the side,” but later twist their words saying, “No, only that point is under warranty,” giving excuses like “your area causes the problem.” I’ve been living here for 20 years — if you can’t give proper warranty, at least do the job properly!

Very professional service provided by the boy who came for the service. There was no hurry. He did all the cleaning similar to Urban Clap guys. It coated lesser than what Urban Clap is charging. Just keep maintaining the quality and you would go long. Don't compromise on quality ever.

I had my window Ac gas refilled and repaired at reasonable rate and also got 6 month warranty however after 5 month i faced the same issue but since it was under warranty these guys repaired it free of cost as it was under warranty really nice experience.
