We are having extremely bad experience with them. After taking full advance for two years for two ACs from my family member , they couldn't put to service even one AC. As many people have already mentioned, they are not picking phones and making ' Naya Bahana' every time which sounds like lame excuse. Think hundreds of times before taking their services and take everything in writing before paying them. Comments on reply of firm - Now this gentleman is asking for invoice. Have you given us invoice ?? See reviews, many people have mentioned that you are not providing invoice while taking money and lateron asking for invoice. This is is totally unethical and crooked style. Please arrange to send remote at the earliest and make the AC working which is not in use since last two and half month as on 14th October 2025. We have paid you Rs 30000 in advance for two years of service in last week of July 2025.

Totally Fraud. After taking full advance of Rs 30000/ in last week of July 2025 for rent of AC, he installed one AC in 1st week of August 2025 but it was not working properly and after hundreds of reminders it was some how repaired. He installed 2nd AC in 1st week of September which is still not working as on 23rd October 2025 for want of remote and settings. Neither he is picking up phone not sending any person to attend the AC. At the time of advance, his representative requested to pay immediately in cash also ( whether Cash is available or not) and no receipt is given.Now he asks to almost every one for " Invoice" This is his way of service. We are family of uniformed officers and badly fadup with his service. Some people are suggesting us to take legal action against this company. Please think thousand times before taking his service and at least take receipt of each payment on the spot otherwise one more sufferer will be added to list.

Zero customer value, fake committment ,highly unprofessional behaviour , doesn’t pick phone,customer is calling again n again but zero response. I recommend not to go with their services. He is just bothered about money and NO services. Pathetic service
