I purchased a Mitsubishi air conditioner from "Mitsubishi electric hiroba - Harsh Exclusive" but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The unit started malfunctioning shortly after installation, and despite repeated service requests, neither the dealer nor the area manager - Mr.kuldeep has responded. Multiple follow-ups have been ignored, and there’s been zero accountability from either the service team or Mitsubishi’s regional support. It’s unacceptable for such a reputed brand to allow this level of customer neglect. I expected professional after-sales service, but instead I’m facing inconvenience, financial loss, and complete silence. I do not recommend this dealer or Mitsubishi products based on this experience. If no action is taken soon, I will proceed with a consumer court complaint.
