Best experience ever… as i came from delhi and my car got some serious issue then i took the service from this centre and these people are so helpful and supportive specially the guy name with Mr. Surender (service manager). Happy with the immediate service.

If there was an option to review in minus star to this service center i would rate minus 5 star . There is no response to the customers , even after sitting for an hour and asking the receptionist dozens of time there is no response. I ask everyone to rate as low as you can. Worstest service center in jodhpur.

Recently i took my vehicle creta to raja Hyundai service centre near AIIMS Jodhpur on 22/11/24 at 62671 kms After the service done I receive my vehicle On the way to home engine check is lit up I thought it’s not a big issue it will gone after ignition off then parked my vehicle then I am out of town for some time Then coming back home u start my car engine check light still on then I call service manager Mr Shailesh and informed about issue Then next day i visit to service center and then i am informed about pm sensor fault and told me to pay 10882 rs for that And i am not agree to pay that payment And end the I agreed with half payment tot this Then i asked for the cctv footage of service on 22/11/24 they didn’t provide and pm sensor check is not satisfactory and also have wrong entry of service detail Overall worst experience at service center and seniors was not giving proper answers and sound rude Not satisfied at all with this experience and waste my hole day And the same incident happened on my last service on 13/12/23 Just after the service I have issue with my breaking system
