Voltas service centre

I bought the AC trusting Tata but their service is very poor. I bought a new AC and it has been 2-3 days and there has been no hearing till now. Now I will have to do something else.

Worst service from voltas. Their technician want customer to tell lie to there seniors and don't solve your problems. Voltas should look into this. I bought voltas ac just 2 months ago. Nobody is istening and not solving my problem.

Such a worst experience from Voltas customer servicepoor customer support..delayed response..totally worst experience..I would recommend my friends and family not to buy Voltas at any cost..worst worst worst experience with Voltas customer service.

very bad dealing and experience. failed products. not responding staff. Giving excuses and say lie to not coming. new AC having problem for second time and both of time our experience with this service centre is too bad.

Pathetic service, my AC is just 2 months old and got a Gas problem (which is under warranty) I called this voltas service centre to help me out they send me their man who don't know how to repair the problem. Later he asked me for visiting charges just for telling me “your AC have a gas problem our other boy will reach you by tomorrow” After that, I called the customer care service and asked them why I'm responsible to give visiting charges coz my AC is under warranty, they refused to give money to the man and the local voltas service centre abused me for not giving money to his man. Very shameful
