Cool Point DAIKIN conditioner

first complaint of 29th May, today it is 13th June and it has not been fixed yet, the staff visited 3 times but could not figure out the problem, now for the 4th time they are saying that the AC gas leakage but it has not come till today..very bad service.

Very poor service . We bought 2 inverter ac 4 stars from them . One of the ac's display wasn't working. I called them to come and fix it. They said they will come after 2 days. After 2 days my dad went to their office and said to fix it . The old man said " dont worry about display snd power light " we will fix it soon . Its been 4 weeks no one came to fix " Cool point is not cool point " Its fool point " They make you fool by saying they will give you good service " They dont " Stupid place " Dont buy " buy LG Samsung

I booked service since my AC in warranty and service assigned to cool point. But they are really irresponsible for there duty. Very poor service even not have scene to talk.

Given a time of 3 months and haven't called up yet and even not worked. Soo irresponsible Mr.Amardeep SIngh.....no responsibility of work...Not picking up call and just lagging up work. frustrated from him and his work never ever go to him

I would have given negative stars if there could be the option...Poorest service ever seen In my life..For the installation of 2 ac they say sir tomorrow or after 2 days 3 days and after 6 days ac were not installed..In this era of service where when you buy new AC installation team is at your adress before the reach of the product and they are unable to get AC installed in a week..I would suggest not to buy from cool point...
