Technician did not change faulty pully, instead changed other parts, for which no bill is given till now. After repeated calls, they keep telling arriving in few minutes but nobody has come since one week! As of now, I stand by my review with a heap of clothes waiting to be cleaned, and the franchisee should look into these issues.
