Poor service is understatement. Never seen such incompetence and arrogance at the same time. Have been chasing them for 2 months for my new broken down microwave. Such a waste of time and money. Even service delivery head Robin is all talk but no show. My two cents, do not buy any IFB product or expect no after sale service

Ifb companies service is very poor they are not responding to his customer . I have complained before 2 months for repairing of washing machine but still they are not responded . This is really too much. We are trying to call for service but his boy is also not receiving our calls and always given excuses he said they don't have a part of machine always say our id is lock . So what we can do on this stupidity. They are totally irresponsible for his work.😡 We are still waiting kindly give a solution.
