Multi brand mobile repair service center Chapel info solutions

Very good service also got a case from here. Told me to come later when part are available. Edit- they refused the replacement stating that parts are not available but they kept saying same thing and my product is not out of warranty

Worst service... Your staff is worst, AC is not working, it made waiting more difficult..

They generally take lot of time to repair. My phone had display issue and it's almost a week still no information about the device. The photos attached are of the building behind which the centre is located, actually it's hard to find it. Another photo have lane which you need to enter and then turn right to get to the centre.

Worst place I have in my life speciall Staff are like uneducated foolish and talk like we r their servants don’t even manner to talk with the coustomer…… just showing attitude First they say that we change your headphone after 20 days we don’t have stock now and after 20 days they say your are not eligible for this service…..

Great infrastructure and good customer care executives who provides best services so far. I am 100% satisfied with the way they handle customers. Don't get confused with the other service centre which is franchisee and located nearby coz that one is pathetic. Only drawback is parking issue for cars
