DISHONEST COMPANY. DO NOT CALL THEM. After seeing positive reviews on google i called them for my whirlpool semi auto washing machine. Now it Seems like these are fake or paid reviews. The technician who came to my house told me my washing machine dryer motor is faulty and a few more parts needs to be replaced. He gave me estimate of Rs. 2,700 and told me motor gonna cost me Rs.1950 and other parts will be 350 and service charge is 300 so gonna be 2700 total. I told him i will let u know tomorrow so he took 300 service charges and told me he will come for free and do the work. I googled it and found motor price is quite less and went to market and i was SHOCKED like hell. The original whirlpool full copper motor cost me 840 only and parts were 120 and total costed me ₹960 only. I called him from the parts shop and told him that u gave me more than 2x price so I purchased everything now come tomorrow to replace the parts, he denied that he will need 600 more to do the work. I asked shopkeeper and shopkeeper said he has the technician who will do it in 300. I told the climate cool guy to do it in same price. He said he can’t do it in less than 600. so i told him to keep 300 and he hung up on me. Unprofessional and dishonest people. If u want to save ur money, never call these guys.
