I hope he learns something from this experience.. After all, learning from mistakes makes your business grow. Respect customers. 1) When I had called him, I don't know if he was listening to me or not. I had to explain myself twice. 2) Looks like he doesn't have interest to do serious business. 3) When he quoted his price, I said it's too high and told him the price quote of LG Serviceman. 4) With no hesitation he told me go get service from LG only. 5) I am not hurt with that kind of reply but but the way he told was very rude. That's why I gave less rating. You said I never called you.. Again you are only saying that I talked to your receptionist.. lol.. Looks like your business has lot of fake reviews.
